We will begin by sharing in the heart opening medicine of Cacao, followed by a gratitude meditation before we sip and savour the delicious elixir. Getting as cozy as you possibly can by laying down in the comfort of your own yoga mat, pillows and blankets brought from home. Experiencing the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, powerful healing instruments and Reiki. This Uniquely curated Sound Bath experience created by Erin and Tara is like no other. Our intention is for you to fully rest & receive.
